We are seeking a talented and experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of 5-10 sales representatives responsible for selling a diverse portfolio of products across a variety of brands. You will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing effective sales strategies, driving team performance, and fostering strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

You will be responsible for leading the creative direction and design strategy for our outbound sales and performance marketing efforts. Your role will involve designing visually appealing and impactful marketing collateral, websites, landing pages, and other digital assets to attract and engage our target audience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, marketers, and business development, to bring our clients' brand visions to life through compelling and effective design.
